With a new vision in store, Apt606 has executed a fresh new look to their conceptual menswear boutique. Located in the heart of Miami’s Design District, Apt606 provides an exclusive collection in minimalistic nature featuring brands such as Raf Simons, Kris Van Assche, Christopher Kane, Alexander Wang, 3.1 Phillip Lim, Kenzo, Juun.J, Public School, Acne Studios and Surface To Air. The new layout offers a sharp, contemporary, and visually intriguing shopping experience.
Apt606 has also launched a temporary online pop-up shop (www.apt606popup.com), which will be active until the launch of their full e-commerce platform in March. Last week I had the opportunity to visit New Orleans for the Re:Fresh x UNKNWN x RSVP Gallery x CREAM – Final Four Pop-Up Shop. It was my first time out there and, as a basketball fan, I couldn’t have chosen a better time to go. It was Final Four Madness!!! The pop-up shop was held at re:fresh and I was amazed at how well they managed to distinctively separate the 4 different stores (Re:Fresh, UNKNWN, RSVP Gallery, CREAM) all in one space. The shop was set up like a museum filled with plenty of exclusive items and collectibles, which were unique to each of the four stores. It was really the place to be that weekend, as fans who attended were treated to a few surprises such as musical artist Pusha T, Currensy, and French Montana. This year the 2012 Final Four is set to take place in New Orleans with the last surviving teams (Kentucky, Kansas, Ohio State, Louisville ) preparing to duel it out for College basketball’s highest accolade, the National Championship. Look for special collaborative goods and exclusives from BBC, Just Don, Original Fake, Bape, Ambush, Comme Des Garcons, Jeremy Scott, and more.
