    The Salon Art + Design, a leading design fair that brings art and design together for a unique and eclectic show that exhibits everything from contemporary art paintings to Louis XIV furnishings all inside the Park Avenue Armory will kick off in New York City November 12 -16.

  • Kanye West Announces New Design Company “DONDA” on Twitter

    Kanye West, who’s been very active on Twitter lately, unleashed a stream of tweets Wednesday night that first summarized his 8 year fashion journey and then announced his new design company named DONDA after his late mother Donde West. The Chicago rapper/producer explained that the company would be “comprised of over 22 divisions with a goal to make products and experiences that people want and can afford.” Although it’s not entirely clear what would be the primary design focus of the company, Yeezy is already working on creating a DONDA experience for the 2016 Olympics and expressed interest in designing for the MTV awards. He even provided an email address ( for those that wanted to share ideas on solving design issues in economics, education, and the prison system.
