It all started with Dr. Dre’s popular Beats by Dre headphones, and then Jay-Z released a not so popular pair. Now Quincy Jones, the legendary music producer who helped launch the late Michael Jackson into mega-super stardom, is also getting into the headphones game with a collection of his own Signature Line headphones in collaboration with AKG of Harman. The collection consists of three models – the Q 701 (worn by Quincy above, $480), Q 460 ($230), and Q 350 ear buds ($150). Quincy’s AKG Signature Line headphones are expected to have an October release and a portion of each sale will go towards his Musiq Consortium, which is a foundation that teaches young Americans about music. Kanye West was spotted at the 2010 U.S. Open with the beautiful Victoria Secret model Selita Ebanks. The couple sat directly infront of the the stars of CW’s Gossip Girls, Ed Westwick and Jessica Szohr. Kanye wore a pair of Persol 714 Sunglasses with a white collared striped dress shirt and white pants. These particular Persol sunglasses were made popular by Steve McQueen in the 60′s and have been worn by the likes of Swizz Beatz, Pierce Brosnan, and Zac Efron, just to name a few. The Italian made Persol 714 shades not only feature a classic frame shape, but they also feature hinges that allow them to fold. After graduating from high school and interning with New York based magazine Blackbook, he pursued his love for design and set the fashion world abuzz with his unique pieces. With high praises from Tyra Banks and Vogue’s Andre Leon Talley, LaQuan has gained the recognition of the fashion elite, which has enabled him to design custom outfits for celebrities such as Beyonce, Rihanna, Lady Gaga, Alicia Keys, Dakota Fanning, Amber Rose as well as Cassie, who was spotted a few months back wearing his Sea Urchin dress.
