24 year old recording artist, Rihanna, reportedly spent $12 million on a brand new 11,000 square-foot mansion in the Pacific Palisades of Los Angeles, California. With a tropical villa vibe, the house features seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a first-class kitchen and plenty of sliding glass doors to provide lots of natural light. The most astounding aspect of her mansion is the elevated pool area with a spa, sun deck, barbecue, bar and nearby 6,000 square-foot backyard.

The “Diamonds” singer can pull up in her new driveway with an early Christmas present from her label family at Roc Nation. They presented her with a $160,000 Porsche 911 Turbo S. Which one do you like better, her new crib or her new ride?

I live in LA and can tell you she overpaid. Its the pacific palisades but the house has a very tacky design and layout. Atleast get something with an amazing view if youre gonna spend that kind of money. Rihanna is probably really impatient and bought the first thing she liked without shopping around.
