Young Money rapper Drake assisted A$AP Rocky with the hook as well as a verse for his hit single “Fuckin’ Problems,” with 2 Chainz and Kendrick Lamar. In the video Drake was spotted wearing a Roots Canada Quilted leather bomber jacket, which features two side zip pockets with ribbing on the sleeves, collar, and hem. This look is so HOOD RAT. Ghetto people all have this jacket or something like it. Hood Chic is not going to work in 2012. This jacket and Timbs=1997. I don’t dress HOOD RAT.

  Which makes sense for Drake to wear it. He tries so hard to come off as ‘hard’ that he tries to emulate real hood rats because if he wore Balmain and Givenchy like the other dudes, he’ll lose the 2 points of street cred he has racked up from hanging out with Rick Ross. While other rappers try to shed the hood rat image to show the world that they have come far and don’t need to look like a nigga down the block, Drake does the opposite because he’s a confused Jewish kid who grew up in the Suburbs of Toronto where he played hopscotch with Mindy and co-owned a lemonade stand with his bro Brad.

Most things looks funny on drake and most rappers in general tbh. They just find various ways to ruin nice things. They wear terrible shoes, tacky jewlery, baggy jeans, etc which kill the whole outfit. Drake is just a funny looking dude so maybe thats it too lol. Its hilarious when they show the clothes on the models compared to the person featured.
