Teen sensation Justin Bieber is scheduled to be one of the guest performers at the annual Victoria’s Secret Fashion show tonight. Yesterday, he was spotted arriving to rehearsals out in New York City wearing a TI$A limited edition “Dope” snapback cap ($100), a black Givenchy double layered hooded coat ($2,090), and Android Homme Propulsion 2.5 sneakers ($220).
