Victoria Justice Wearing Pencey Open Back Floral Dress

Former Disney star Victoria Justice appeared on Extra to promote her new Halloween movie Fun Size.  She wore a cute, fun and sexy Open Back Dress in Floral print by Pencey  (white floral $110 and blue $319) with clunky 3 buckle ankle boots. Victoria also made it her own style by adding a black belt around the waist of the dress. Do you like the dress in white floral or cool blue?
