Kanye West and girlfriend Kim Kardashian got all dressed up for a shopping excursion in NYC during Labor Day weekend. Kanye sported an off-white shawl collar suit, white t-shirt, and matching white pleated Balenciaga sneakers ($615). Kim wore a black belted dress and beige leather knee high Givenchy boots (seen below in black $1,695). What do you think of the couples look?

Jay-Z may not have gone to school but he also is not some accomplished business person who built his positing and standing alone. Jay-Z is a business but he has an ARMY of people helping him grow that business. Jay-Z is very smart and he has made the most of his opportunities but you can’t discount people who are in school and who have MBA’s and who more than likely work for people like Jay-Z and Fortune 500 companies as well as starting their own companies. And when you look at TRUE Business men Jay-Z is not among them. I hate when people try and dismiss education when a person like Kanye West or an Entertainer comes on the scene. Kanye is NOT a designer and he does not know a thing about design. Kanye HIRES designers and he put his name on their hard work.I don’t have to show you my STYLE to then prove to you I have some. Taste is an essential component of STYLE and I have an educational background in the field as well a practical experience. …I am a Fashion Editor and Stylist. Amare has nothing to do with what I’m talking about and I at no point said anything about Amare. My comments STAND about Kanye West however. Kanye has enthusiasm for fashion and he’s very creative but Kanye is not a person I would call STYLISH. Kanye as of late has been a victim of FASHION as well as all things TRENDY.
