So it turns out that during Kanye West’s recent outing in NYC he was accompanied by reality TV star Kim Kardashian. The two were spotted leaving several spots all over the city. In the latest pics Kanye is also seen wearing a Balmain leather bullet belt ($1,345), which features a pewter-tone brass bullet embellishment, inter-woven suede stitching, and a buckle fastening.
