Just after we featured Lil’ Wayne rocked out in a pair of silver Balmain biker stretch denim jeans ($1,662). Kanye West was spotted floating around in the same exact pair in Katy Perry’s latest video for her single “E.T.”which premiered today. He completed his futuristic look wearing vintage Alitalia sunglasses, Rick Owens Turbo Flight Bomber jacket ($2,040), and a pair of Air Jordan white/cement retro 3 sneakers ($150). I’m not liking it, but everyone probably will..I guess you can never separate a black man from his Jordans..this guy is supposed to be a fashion icon, please leave the J’s to the high school kids. The only pair I would consider buying are the 1′s

His fit is strait, love the 3′s got alot of em. N part of the reason Ye is a fashion icon is because he mixes up his pieces and doesn’t just wear high fashion from head to toe, so I think pairin J’s with pieces like this is fashionable.

Balmain has only been poppin since around 2008 with Christophe Decarnin as new creative director, before that the men’s collection was basically just shirts and ties for old white bald business men.. MJ probably wore the womens line or had ish tailor made..

The whole jacket and pants look is very reminiscent of Daft Punks look, minus the helmets. In fact, Kanye has copied a hell of a lot of Daft Punks style, especially in his videos and tour productions.
