Soccer star Cristiano Ronaldo was spotted in Portugal wearing a pair of Gucci lace-up sneakers ($385) from the Spring/Summer 2010 collection. The upper portion of the sneaker features a white/beige GG print with brown leather trim and Gucci’s signature beige/green/red web on the sides. As for the lower portion, red outlines the midsole and white rubber provides the sole.

If it was Jared Leto wearing these instead of his favourite NIKE Airstabs, I think the reception for them would be warmer.
