Justin Timberlake and his childhood friend Trace Ayala launched the William Rast fashion label about three years ago. As this clothing company prepares for its first fashion show at Bryant Park, Justin Timberlake says the inspiration for William Rast’s fall collection comes from “a new America.” Every time I walked by this brand at the mall, it always caught my attention due its simplicity but I was always skeptical on purchasing the denim until I did my research. The logo on the back is definitely unique and the denim quality is also rich in texture. Although William Rast is predominantly known for its denim in both men’s and women’s, this line also carries outer-wears, tops, dress shirts and accessories.
