We’ve been receiving questions regarding rapper Jadakiss and his jacket which was featured on the cover of his latest album “The Last Kiss”. Many have been wondering what it is while others have been assuming it’s of a Louis Vuitton make. I can understand why some may think the jacket is Louis Vuitton because 1. the sleeves feature a pattern that resembles the Louis Vuitton signature checkerboard print similar to the LV Damier line and 2. Jadakiss is rocking a matching Louis Vuitton Inventeur Reversible Damier Graphite belt ($570). A Louis Vuitton Rep has confirmed that the jacket has no relations with Louis Vuitton and because many have been inquiring about it at several LV retail stores Louis Vuitton has been forced to released a memo to all their stores notifying them about the jacket. I believe the jacket is custom made but my question is why would Jadakiss get some one to make him a jacket that looks like Louis Vuitton and then wear a Louis Vuitton belt to go with it unless he was trying to pass the jacket off as Louis Vuitton? I smell some Rick Ross Fakin’ going on here. I respect Jada’s music but Why? I just don’t get it, most rappers claim to have money, hoes, and clothes but then turn around and buy fake sh%#. Here’s the problem with buying fake gear, once found out, no one can take you seriously and if one piece of your outfit is fake then you have to assume that the entire outfit is fake. Why not just buy only the real deal? Come on we all know fake is lame.
Lanvin Sneakers $845 Reggie Bush was spotted wearing the increasingly popular Gucci Bomber Jacket ($4,125) with a nice clean pair of Lanvin sneakers ($845). Seems to be that this jacket is now in heavy rotation in the closet of most Hollywood stars. Do y’all think the jacket is gaining popularity due to the name behind it or simply because its a fly/stylish jacket?

John Varvatos Wingtip Boot ($698) is a black leather medallion toe wingtip boot on a leather sole. A great boot for the guy looking for that essential piece that ties together their outfit during the day or night.
The Common Projects Achilles Perforated Mid ‘09 Edition Sneakers ($385) are perfect if you’re going for that flashy modernistic look. These silver Common Projects are perforated lace ups featuring a comfortable padded insole, padded tongue and a thicker sole.
The Marc by Marc Jacobs striped sweatshirt ($168) is a cotton fleece long sleeve crew-neck sweatshirt in ceylon rose multi stripe with ribbed sleeve cuffs and waistband. Marc Jacobs added his own touch to this sweatshirt by giving the front a longer hem than the back. Diddy was spotted out with Ashton and Demi rocking the striped Marc sweatshirt along with a pair of suede high-top Lanvin sneakers ($815).

For all those Jordan sneaker fans out there like myself, it has recently been announced that Nike is gearing up to release the Jordan VI Infrared sneaker ($150) in January of 2010. This shoe is defiantly a classic and it holds a special place in Jordan history as it was the sneaker Michael Jordan wore en-route to the first of his six championships.
Tan The Comme des Garcon PLAY knitted cardigan($320) comes with its signature starring heart embroidered on the chest and is made of soft merino wool. As we all know up & coming rapper Drake is a true Comme des Gracon fan and was recently spotted at the BET Awards showing his support by wearing a red/maroon Play cardigan along with a pair of Red Wings Work Chukka Boots ($253) in the briar oil slick colorway.

Kanye West was spotted at the BET Awards posing with his girl Amber Rose while rocking a pair of Dior Homme 19 cm Love at First Sight jeans ($467). The Love at First Sight jeans are light grey five pocket denim complimented with subtle amber colored stitching and silver rivets. Kanye also wore his Day-Date II Everose Gold Rolex watch ($30,200) and a pair of Timberland boots($155),… it looks like he’s really trying to bring them back.
Zac Efron was recently spotted rocking a fresh Modern Amusement light blue stripe v-neck t-shirt (seen on model in navy blue priced at $57) and Ray-Ban shades ($139). Ray-Ban sunglasses have truly become the # 1 shades for celebs, and it doesn’t look like they’re going to be losing that position anytime soon. I mean these shades must be seen as some kind of right of passage because everyone from up & coming celebs to veteran celebs have been spotted showing their support for the Ray-Ban brand.
New pictures of the Kanye x Louis Vuitton sneaker have surfaced allowing for a more in depth examination before their July 1st release date.
